Trend Report: Cape Town Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013
Hot off the catwalk, we’ve scooped up the best trends from Cape Town Fashion and have them exclusively for you. One of the trends is reminiscent of what Beyonce wore to the MET Gala 2012. For some it was a hit and others a miss, but I like the African designers’ interpretation of this ‘sheer gams revealing’ trend. Gavin Rajah nailed it! White on white is back and how many of us are brave enough to pull the “Can’t Touch This” look. You can opt to accessorize it with bold pop colour like Ruff Tung did. Sticking to what is expected of Spring/Summer collections, most of the looks down the runway cater to a hot summer and are very beach ready.
