Myer Australia hosts South-African Inspired Spring/Summer 2013 Collection Launch.
Tribal Print by Arthur Galan at Myers S/S 2013 Launch
Australia’s largest department store chain, MYER recently launched their S/S 2013 collection at Sydney’s Horden Pavilion, Aus. The African-themed event featured in-store concession designers unveiling African-Inspired pieces and fashionable socialites alongside models donning the pieces on the runway.
A majestic landscape from South Africa’s Pilansberg National Park was projected onto the face of the building, bathing it in a warm African golden glow — hinting at the savannah-inspired set inside.

The runway was dotted with tribal prints, animal prints and locally purchased South African fabrics customized by Aussie designers [Manning Cartell, Sass & bide, Toni Maticevski, Fleur Wood and Jayson Brunsdon]
