Ghana Fashion & Design Week Spring/Summer 2013 [Day 1]: Duaba Serwa
Duaba Serwa showcased an impressive collection heavily influenced by African prints. Horizontal patterns, beautiful textures, cut out dresses, fabric blocking and modern day full print outfits in beautifully structured designs were trends seen at her showcase. Her innovative use of African prints and unlikely pairing of garments created unique, stylish, feminine looks. Named Preciosa, the collection was fresh and young yet mature.
