Birch & Elm is the brainchild of Crystal Birch and Elme Bekker, two friends who realised that they have so much in common that they might as well join forces and team up. Designer Elme is a strong technical construction wiz with a knack for sartorial classics and jaw dropping handmade showpieces and fashionista Crystal is an industry favorite fireball editor, stylist, and milliner by trade. Together they make a formidable team with a strong design ethos; to responsibly deliver a wearable layered line and offer the South African consumer excellent quality investment wardrobe pieces that can be dressed up or down through clever styling.
