She is in essence “chic redefined.” Kareema Mak’s debut collection is inspired by the women of the eighties and is all about the female form — classic lines, exquisite cuts, lush fabrics and precise tailoring. Kareema Mak has looked to the power dressers of the eighties to present a collection that projects a strong modern day woman. “A collection of effortlessly elegant clothes for the woman on the go” is how Kareema Mak’s Creative Director Moyo Makanjuola describes their debut collection. “I’ve been inspired by powerful, resilient and stylish women, who are able to seamlessly combine every facet of their lives – career, play and the home.
