The Dpipertwins , Danielle and Chantelle Piper are Identical twin fashion designers, socialites and models. The fabulous 23 year old beauties have appeared in numerous televisions shows such as NBC “The Today Show”, The Rachael Ray Show, BET and many more. They have graced the front covers of editorials such as “League Magazine, David and Young and featured in Kontrol magazine, jones magazine and the list goes on.
These dynamic duo were born in the big Apple and Raised in Ghana west Africa for nine years. They gained their passion for fashion from their lovely mom, who use to jazz them up for private school in Ghana , by making their school uniforms. Finding the perfect fit and looks for their long legs, tall, slim, slinky physique was always a challenge and encourage them to introduce a line for everyone. They returned to the states and chased their dreams of becoming designers by enrolling in the high school of fashion Industries and earning their bachelors degree at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology
At the young age of 16, Danielle was destined to take the industry by storm. She had been awarded by prominent fashion designer Nicole Miller for “Best Women’s Sportswear”, in Radici design competition. From then Danielle has appeared in notable editorials such as Women’s Wear Daily, Fashion manuscript, Textile World and many more. Danielle interned alongside designers such as couture designer Maggie Norris and Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig of Marchesa
At the age of 18 Chantelle had the creative mind and leadership skills to start her own business, which She earned her the Black Retail Action Group scholarship. She sat in the room with respected leaders in the business and fashion world such as Sean Diddy Combs and was acknowledged for her hard work and was congratulated for her journey to a brighter future. From there Chantelle, interned at the accessory showroom of diane von Furstenberg, juicy couture, rock and republic., etc.
At the age of 22, they launched Their royalty, inspired fashion line Kastle Designs and jewelry line Treasure Chest in February 2010. Danielle, is the creative visionary for the fashion line, Kastle Designs and Chantelle is the innovative designer of the fashion accessories line , Treasure Chest. Both lines are inspired by Royalty , culture, Night life, music, nature and architecture. Their Pieces reflects the magical, hierarchy lives of the young and fabulous. Kastle Designs consist of flirty fabrics, bold prints ,fun colors, silhouettes, textured looks with a pop of Gold. Treasure Chest Jewelry consists handmade pieces , from natural stones, gems, crystals, chains ,and Funky colors and shapes.
These young Fashionistas launched their line at New York’s Hot venue “The Gates”. After receiving reviews they launched their spring/summer 2011 lines at Nikki Midtown. The face of their 2011 collection is America’s Next Top model winner Naima Mora. They also worked alongside celebrity eyewear designer Stevie Boi in designing fashions and jewelry in the presentation of “The Woods”, which was featured in Vogue Japan
They were selected by Arise Magazine as one of the 50 top African designers, and were given the opportunity to showcase Kastle Designs and Treasure Chest Fall 2011 collection in lagos, Nigeria for Arise Magazine Fashion week.
. Celebrities spotted in the designs by these twins are America’s Next top model, Bianca Golden, Lulu, Naima Mora Saleisha Stowers and , fashion model/actress RoseMarie Reyes
These modelisque fashion twins are on the journey of success and have earned their throne and Crowns in the Industry. They are a one stop shop for both clothing and accessories.
